I finally completed the Nutrition SciPack and all I can say is, WOW! That was a lot of information. Some I had to read multiple times because they were completely going over my head. I agree, everyone has so many awesome ideas for teaching nutrition. I think as educators we are definitely doing our part in promoting healthy eating and wellness in the school.
