I have been teaching for 21 years and my goal has always been to improve my teaching and look for better methods of teaching. I was born a STEM's teacher. A little Hyper Active I always wanted to know and find out why. Touching, seeing, listening, and doing fit my way of learning and giving back. After watching the movie Tomorrowland I connect emotionally to the ending statement and scene of students going out into the world looking for people who never give up and are change makers for the good of all living and non-living things on this planet. I believe these people are my kids in my classroom.

I had problems with the test as well. I have to say that I found some of the questions to be ambiguous and not aligned to the answers. Some of the questions were just plain silly. Once I figured that out then on the second try, I finally passed physical science. I think the wording in this scipack is misleading and can cause thinking errors. May have missed it but did anyone post student examples of student interactive notebooks. I did see the journal articles from NSTA, but I was hoping to view a collection of notebooks to get a long range look at the notebooks.
