I have a 31 year old Ph.D. in Chemistry that has gone down many nontraditional Ph.D. paths. I came to public school teaching late in life but have not regretted the change in age of students. I love teaching and helping students truly understand things and try to find new ways to succeed. I have a heart for engaging people in learning, exploring and growing. I love all sciences.

I am coming late to this party. However, I am always looking for ideas to get and perceive student interest and engagement asynchronously. I teach 7-12 science for an online campus division of our school district. Would love ideas! Learning Objectives and Phenomena are two ideas I am planning with.
