Robin Madel is a research and policy analyst working on water footprints and the connections between water, food, and energy systems. She manages the WaterCalculator website, which is dedicated to water footprints and student education about water use, and she has taught workshops about water footprints to teachers, nontraditional educators, students, and water professionals. With degrees in civil and environmental engineering and geology, Robin's focus has always been on water issues, and she likes getting kids to think about how they use water throughout their days, especially when they get those a-ha moments. Robin is excited to share this information with teachers and other educators because she believes that you all are the portal to a sustainable future.
