I am a senior at Wright State University. I am working towards earning my bachelor's degree in Elementary Education and will graduate May of 2025. Science has always been one of my favorite subjects and I am eager to learn more! I am looking forward to making lots of fun and interactive science lessons for my third graders!

Outdoor Integration

This resource was very helpful for how you can get your students outside of the classroom. I am always trying to find ways to make science more interactive and inquiry based. Exploring nature is a great way to do this and helps kids understand abstract ideas.

3D Learning

This article was a great introduction to 3D learning. Before this article I wasn't sure what it all entailed. This was detailed and explained it well. This was also beneficial when I was planning a 3D lesson for one of my courses.

Great Resource for PBL

This resource was a perfect fit for my educational goal of learning more about PBL. I love when instruction can be student based and students can learn through a comprehensive project. For students, it feels fun and exciting. For teachers it can be a great way to hit a lot of standards in a single unit. I am currently practicing this in a mini plant PBL right now and it's so fun!
