Pollution Collection Review

Hello Adriana! Your collection has a multitude of resources that I would find helpful when teaching a lesson about Pollution in my classroom. I really enjoyed that you had a variety of resources in your collection. They not only focused on what pollution is but how we affect it along with other environmental factors. The article that most intrigued me was "Talking Trash by Lauren Wisbrock". The article gives a clear understanding of the harmful effects and impacts of human-made pollution on communities and ecosystems. The article actually presents an inquiry unit for 4th and 5th-grade classrooms which I will most likely use in my classroom to discuss pollution.

Human Impact Review

It was very interesting to read about your collection of the environment. The article that stood out to me the most was "Earth's Changing Surface: Humans as Agents of Change". The article contained a lot of information about human's impact on the environment itself. Information such as how we take part in deforestation, global warming, and mining which all are ways that change the Earth's surface. The information was certainly eye-opening and people must recognize their role.
