Give Ms. Keeley another "A+". I loved this seminar! Not only did it reafirm the way that I was using her famous "probe books", but it showed me several more ways that I could use them for assessments. She added insight as to what the formative assessment should be used for and what to do once you gave them to the students. Several more ways to use them that I had not tried before were talked about. The importance of using formative assessments in teaching was clearly discussed. I feel that if a teacher (any teacher) has never had the opportunity to use formative assessments in their teaching, this seminar should be one of the first things they should watch.

This was an excellent webseminar that presented the "how to" on using formative assessments. This webseminar is an excellent opportunity to refresh your formative assessment skills, learn new ones, or gain knowledge or information on how to use them. Page Keeley is amazing and an excellent presenter. I will be looking for more like this one!

I liked this webinar because it explained how probes and formative assessments are used to uncover what students are thinking. I also learned that formative assessments should not be graded and that they should be used to guide classroom instruction. The list of resources is also nice.
