Students in a fourth grade class participated in a Disney Planet Challenge (DPC) program. The students got an opportunity to learn how to protect a threatened turtle population, address a real-world problem, and become environmental advocates. These students learned all about the Blanding’s turtle while using various forms of technology. They used programs such as Voki, Google Doc, Blogs, iWeb, and more to get their message out to the public. This is a great student experience.
