With all of the talk about Science needing to increase it's role in "Reading in the Content Area", this article came out at just the right time. It lists quite a few trade books that are already evaluated for what they contain in a variety of science subject areas. This article can save a teacher quite a bit of time if they are wanting to find a quality book to introduce into their curriculum. It also shows how a teacher can add a personal favorite book to the growing list. I recommend this article to secondary teachers wanting to find some relevant and interesting books for their students.
