This article describes a traveling exhibit and a website for incorporating forensic science in the classroom. The focus of this article is actually the website developed by Rice University. The first goal of the website was to present substantive and engaging science. The second goal was to focus on correcting forensic misconceptions. The third goal was to inspire careers in science. This website seems to be an outstanding way to introduce students to STEM related fields. This is a great e-learning opportunity.

The website, http://forensics.rice.edu, offers hours of learning for students to expose them to the world of Crime Scene Investigation. Having spent my early years in law enforcment, the activities on this site offer a realistic feel for forensic science.

WOW! Highly engaging!

This is one of those activities that students will do at home even after they leave school! Could not force myself off the website! Very, very relevant!
