There is a wonderful point I appreciated stated in the article, that is, letting students know they are part of the success of the classroom. They are not the subsidiary of the teacher. Instead, they are the constructor of the study community! The teacher could admire their positive behavior and encourage them to attend small classroom community to enhance their responsibility and respect (Young, S. & Roberts, M., 2013). Respecting and high expectation are what I learned from the article, which would last influence on my academical life.
