Outstanding article that provides educators with a data analysis resource that most intermediate and high school students will greatly benefit using. The GCC (Graph Choice Chart) is a flow chart to support students as they logically decide what kind of graph would best suit their particular research question. The GCC encourages young scientists to think more deeply about their data as they develop their research question and claim or argument. Classroom examples are shown and the materials could be easily adapted to upper elementary.
