After participating in this unit students understand why engineers prefer 3D Modeling over 2D Modeling. They also learn about tissue engineering which is usually taught in freshman courses at a university. In my opinion, I believe this subject of breast cancer would better be taught in high school rather than middle school. Science Scope is for middle school.
