In this lesson students develop and discuss revised models of phenomena they observed involving electrostatic interactions. Students will use evidence they have collected through several investigations to inform their models. In the associated video, high school teacher Kristin Mayer leads students through a lesson focused on the scientific practice of developing and using models. The teacher engages students in a collaborative classroom process of making, discussing, and revising models that explain their observations.
