This lesson is a nice example of a model showing both natural and sexual selection. Students should play several rounds so they can create a more realistic model of what occurs in the wild and other habitats where one would find guppies. After playing, students interpret their data and use evidence to support their argument. Cards and scoresheets as well as a detailed lesson plan can be found at neuron.illinois.edu in the curriculum unit--Do you see what I see?
