I am a preservice teacher who has a focus in STEM education. At this point in my teaching career, I have a passion for teaching grades K-2. One of the strategies for incorporating STEM into the classroom is using literacy-based curriculum (using literacy to present STEM concepts). I am wondering how teachers have used this in their classrooms and if it has been successful. If it's been successful, what children's books have you based lessons off of?
