This article is woderful for teachers who are going to teach science to very young children. This article has ideas on how a teacher can teach science for students who are begginers. It  introduce the concept of creating inferences based on observations for young students. It has a great activity for students to do an experiment on how to inference and make observations. This aricle also explains Kindergarten-,
first, and second-grade students canbegin to understand what science is, who does science, and how scientist work through classroom activities,stories about scientists, and class discussions” (Janulaw 2014). Also how they should  investigate questions and gatherevidence through observations, and holding class discussions to share evidence and ideas” are listed as appropriate for first grade, beginning efforts in these tasks can start in preschool with developmentally appropriate expectations
