In a few years, I will have my own elementary class with students who I will need to teach science to. What advice is best in order for me to adequately provide the best lesson or content as possible in order for them to better understand the subject?
My advice to you is to keep students engaged in the classroom. Make learning fun! Listen to what your students have to say, implement both print and digital options for the lessons. Also, try to visit other Science classrooms on campus and pay close attention on how each teacher teaches the subject and write notes. From them, you can then decide what type of instruction you believe it’s the best for your students. Goodluck! :)
