It is evident that teacher leaders are key, especially when there are systematic changes in education. We need teacher leaders to share their experience, resources, be models, be coaches, help teachers to develop lesson plans, provide feedback and more. With that said, I am currently looking for articles on developing SCIENCE teacher leaders, but am finding little to no luck. Does anyone have any articles or can refer to any articles specifically on developing, or sustaining science teacher leaders.
