I'm have worked with students from Pre-k- 6th grade and I did and experiment with the 1st graders and it was about the planets. They had to put the planets in order and they were working in groups. The materials that they needed were the paint, brushes and the faomy circles to create the planets. They had a great time working with the hands-on activities.
