How does the man in the moon cut his hair?

...eclipse it.

There are many science related Facebok groups that will share science jokes and puns like this one I saw last week.

I also have a book - 'Bad Science Jokes for Alkynes of Scientists' by Melissa Miller that has been a great resource for what my own children have often called 'Dad jokes'.

If you're active on Pinterest, that might also be a good source for material.

I believe the sciencefun.org was the best place for jokes. I leave youwith this one:

Why was the bee's hair so sticky?

Because she used a honeycomb

I never even thought about using jokes to introduce science! What a fun way to get the kids interested and ready to learn!

I found some sites that had jokes created by teachers and students a like. Pinterest is also a good resource to use. Maybe a good activity would be for children to make their own joke!
