Hello Sarah, here are some activities you can do with your students to learn about energy.

1.) Ask students to find things around them that use or produce energy. They can look for items like light bulbs, appliances, or cars and think about how they use or make energy.
2.) Try hands-on experiments to understand energy better. For example, students can make a simple circuit to see how electricity flows or use rubber bands to learn about different kinds of energy like potential and kinetic energy.
3.) Encourage students to make posters or presentations about saving energy. They can research and share ideas like turning off lights when not needed or using energy-saving appliances to help conserve energy.
