I am new to Elementary Science, I have taught ELA and Social Studies mainly. What are some of the best experiments you have performed in a 4th grade Science class? Also, what are some ways to keep the students engaged during each lesson? When I was a kid we watched Bill Nye almost everyday in our science class, but I'm looking for something a little different that will allow my students to think and explore on thier own.
