As a future educator, I look forward to being in the classroom and interacting with my students and their parents/guardians. Although educators are faced with different challenges everyday, what were one or some examples of challenges that took you by surprise in your first year as a teacher. Was it the curriculum you were asked to teach, or a lack of relationship with the students/families or the workload. Was there anything you could've implemented that would've made the challenge a smoother process?
