I am a new teacher and my school is starting the transfer to NGSS. I am struggling to incorporate these into my classroom. What is some good resources or things I can do to properly engage my students? PLEASE HELP
I can imagine it's a little intimidating to have the NGSS thrown on top of everything else! I do not have experience in this, but I found this helpful PDF - http://www.weareteachers.com/docs/default-source/printable-materials/pearson_science-ngss_miniposter_middleschool-final.pdf - which includes links to some sites that can help you with your curriculum. I hope this helps at least a little!
