Hello all!

I am currently a graudate student at TN Tech. I just did an assignment where we had to perform a discrepant event lesson with a young student. Due to the pandemic, I had to Zoom the student I had chosen. I realized how difficult it was to get the same affect and participation performing a lesson/discrepant event virtually as ooposed to in person. What tips do you all have for best practices when presenting and experiment or some other interactive lesson with students while being virtual?

Be yourself, smile, laugh, and show your enthusiasm when on the camera. Don't let the virtual thing stop you from giving your 100% when you teach your students. :)
