This is an elementary lesson on animal adaptations. It's specifically about birds. I modified this because I didn't want to use marbles or anything that might endanger students. I used Chex Mix at each table/group because of the variety of sizes and shapes included. I went to Dollar Tree and got six each of salad tongs, binder clips, clothespins, popsicle sticks, and small condiment cups came from Sam's Club.
