Hello, I'm Susan Ferguson. I am currently working on my masters in elementary Curriculum and Instruction at TN Tech. I was curious if any teachers, both new and experienced, could give any advice for pre-service teachers on things they wish they would have either studied more for and learned more about before jumping into their new careers and classrooms? I feel like I often hear from teachers already in the field speaking about things they wish they would have taken the time to learn or educate themselves on more while in college or before being in the classroom full time, and I was curious if any of you have any thoughts or opinions on this topic.
