Using the Earth and Sky SciGuide, I was able to come up with a seasonal lesson plan. It is so important for kindergarteners to understand the concepts of seasons. The students had to sort through a variety of objects on their own dividing them however they chose. These objects were seasonal. The teacher was then able to teach about the seasons and why we have them. I enjoyed creating this lesson using the SciGuide. I hope to use it in my own classroom. 

I like how the students are able to explore before they are actually taught and they may even figure out what they are going to be learning about before the teacher tells them. I think this is a great idea for the start of a lesson on seasons.
