Hello all! I am a fourth year elementary and special education major at Wartburg College. As my college career is coming to an end and entrance into the teaching world quickly approaches, I am worried about finding a mentor or public learning community (PLC) to ask for help. What are some ways to find mentors before fully entering the education field as an educator and how do I maintain those relationships as I start my career journey?
