Hello everyone, I am a student teacher and am making a science lesson plan for recording the weather for 1st grade where we record the weather in four aspects: hot/cold, calm/windy, clear/cloudy, and rainy/snowy. I was wondering if I should include the option of “neither” in the aspect of rainy/snowy? Or should I just choose images of weathers that are definitely either raining or snowing? I know that sometimes is not raining nor snowing and I don’t know if I should explain this to my students or leave it for another lesson. If anybody has any suggestions please leave a comment, thanks!
Dear Jocelyn,
Below are links to journal articles from Science and Children on weather. Perhaps there are ideas here that you can use.
