Hi everyone, my name is Elyse Juarez and I am an elementary education major at Wartburg College. As I become a new teacher in the next couple of years, I was wondering how you meet other teachers, or people in the school? Is there anything casual as to introducing yourself, like inviting one out for coffee? I always heard it is best to make friends with the janitor, but anyone else? Thank you!

Hi Elyse, I would say to meet with them i n a casual conversation and try to be as friendly as you can because they are your now coleges and the people that can help you at the beggining of your journey. Inviting someone out for coffee i would say its to much, but i mean if you got along with that person very well sine the introduction, then it can be a good new friend withing your job.
