Suggestions on a lesson plan on importance of weather to make choices

Hello,

 

I am looking for suggestions on how to teach my lesson on the importance of weather and seasonal changes to make choices on clothing, activities, and transportation.  This is for a second-grade classroom and looking for ways to do the Explore section specifically.
