I am currently student teaching in a Pre-kindergarten classroom, which I love. I did a lesson on Healthy Habits, how would you explain to a student who even after you explain the difference between healthy/unhealthy foods, they still insist what they like is healthy because they like it? Also, what are other ways to get them to explore with this topic? I focused on healthy and unhealthy foods, so we danced to a song that talked about fruits since it did not explain the topic but it showed them types of fruits which are considered healthy.
