Hello! I am a student who needs to develop a STEM lesson plan for third graders. I want to do something exciting, something I know the students will appreciate and want to be a part of! Does anyone have any suggestions for a lesson I might teach? I would also appreciate worksheet/assessment suggestions. Something I know will put the kids' comprehension to the test. I would suggest starting by looking at the NGSS to look at the standards for 3rd grade here. From there, NSTA has a multitude of resources on whichever topic you choose. If you use the 'collections' filter, there will almost always be full lessons (with assessment!) for you to either adapt to your needs, or just print and go!
