Hello, my name is Gabriela Meza and this year is my third year attending UTRGV. I'm excited to teach elementary students and have a positive impact on the students' future. I usually imagen myself teaching any subject except science, becauce I've always struggle to understand science.I remember back in Elementary school, all grade levels had the same science teacher, and each day there was a different experiment and topic to investigate. I enjoyed performing the experiments and I felt like I did learn a lot from being given the opportunity to do experiments rather than read articles and answer questions. Although I believe this might be the best way to learn science, there might be certain rules or limits to implement if I plan on given my instruction in this way. I would appreciate if I was given certain tips or rules to implement while I teach science. Thank you.
