In recent years, technology has been playing a much larger role in math and science classrooms. I have seen chromebooks, tablets, and many other devices used in a classroom but how would you keep them from being a distraction to students? I have seen college classrooms that use websites such as PollEv.com and students’ cellphones to anonymously poll students answers to questions, but how effective would this be in a high school classroom? Would the use of cellphones be too much of a distraction for high school students?
