Hi everyone, my name is Crystal and I am pursuing a career in Elementary Education. Becoming an educator has always been a dream of mine and I always thought it would be in Elmentay. My dream job would be teaching either math or science. However I have talked to many teachers that once taught in Elementary and have now moved to middle school and they have all told me Middle school is the way to go. Does anyone else have some advice on this ? 

Hi Crystal! I am also pursuing a career in Elementary education. Regarding your question, I think you should maybe go for 6th grade if you want to focus on one specific subject because as an elementary educator you cover every subject and don't focus on just one. However if you'd enjoy switching through subject elementary would be the way to go! Wish you the best of luck pursuing your career :)
