If you've established a thesis statement thesis writing, it's critical that you back it up with a conclusion. The conclusion is when you bring all of the elements of your argument together. If you don't have a conclusion that wraps up the points you've made throughout the paper, your entire critique will be weak and invalid. It's also where you explain why the reader should feel the way you do about it and what they should take away from your criticism. There's no point in writing or reading a critique if the conclusion isn't coherent.
