After learning how our students struggled with lack of sleep through the pandemic, I will be teaching a course in the fall about the neuroscience of sleep. I currently am reviewing Stickgold and Walker's book (The Neuroscience of Sleep), and I am interested to hear others' experiences with this text and/or suggestions for other texts. The class will be a half year, elective course, and open to seniors (high school).
