Throughout my lesson, I have my students comparing gummy worms to earth worms. They are to use what they observe between the two in order to distiguish if it is living or nonliving. When it comes to the elaborate portion, I was not exactly sure how I could use this in the best way. Does anyone have any ideas for the elaboration portion for for a living and nonliving lesson for my Kindergarten babies?
Kayla, having them Extend/Elaobrate their understanding of that living/non-living concept by doing the 'Is It Alive?' lesson about space exploration might work. You can find the lesson on the Mars Ed site https://marsed.asu.edu/content/it-alive
