I am currently a junior and getting ready to start student teaching next semester, I was wondering how some of you have learned to build those relationships in your classrooms? In my classes, we have been discussing a lot with diversity and embracing the differences and learning to build on them. What are some strategies that have worked in your classroom for embracing diversity among your students and establishing that bond and trust with them as well?
