Creating Science and Social Studies lessons through literature is so much fun! There are so many good books out there that we don't even know about. Can somebody recommend me some good children books I could use to teach science?
Hello Elda,
I agree with you that's a fun way to bring reading to our Science and Social Studies Lesson the studnets will enjoy it. A good book to use if your're teaching Phases of the Moon that I recomend is ' The Little Pig, The Bicycle and The Moon' by: Pierrette Dube
Hi Elda!
I had the same experience integrating science and social studies with literature! I think that at times those two subjects are pushed to the side and it is up to us to try to seak it in there. Thank you so much for the great book and topic to tie it to. I will use this in my classroom.
