Thanks for bringing this to our attentions, Cris. Do you have any specific information about when the best time (Which week of Nov?) will be to try and observe the comet? Where in the sky to look? What time of evening?

Thank you, for the information. As others mentioned, do you know what is the best day to spot ISON with the naked eye. This would be great to incorporate into a lesson and have students observe from home and have a discussion on it the following class day. I think astronomy has so many interesting components that can engage students!

Yes, it was a challenging project with great expectations: but we had observed the form and not the background in all this campaign, we had been enchanted by the stunning tail and we have forgotten the big power of our Sun! It was a great experience anyway and I have learned a lot from this campaign!
