I am a preservice teacher for 2nd grade currently. I am wanting to know, if anyone knows, how you would go about helping the students who's parents do not bring them to school. There is one student in paricular in my current class that has missed majority of this semester, and it has just barely started. How do we get these students to be caught up whenever we cannot get them to come to school? How do we go about keeping the parents accountable? This is something that really worries me.
