How can I keep my students engage in a way where they will be learning and also having fun?

Having conversations about knowledge that they already have about the topic and what they want to know about the topic is a great way to get students involved and excited about their education. This along with hands on activities is a good way to get students excited!

Something that I have found helpful is having hands-on activities for the students. This gets them excited for participating and they will want to be engaged while learning.
