Hello Jeremy, I have been teaching for a long time. Your response answers the question at hand perfectly. Most of what a new teacher will experience depends on the school climate and the support structure they have. When your school climate is open to flexibility and innovation and teacher supports are in place, it frees the teacher to create the positive environment you describe.
