Formative and summative assessments have equal necessity and importance. Personally, my understanding of these two forms of assessment are as follows:

Sadly, I feel as though field trips are a dying concept. I recall going on many field trips throughout my schooling and they were all such fun and exciting times. "Clues to the Past" is very useful for teacher planning, within inclusion of the 5E Learning Model and step-by-step guides to how to implement this lesson.

This collection of 7 resources is extremely useful for teachers who may be interested or needing to teach their students about the flow of energy. Since this topic may be difficult to teach young students, this collection is extremely helpful in suggesting ideas on how to go about teaching this subject area.
