Nicole Green is director of Animalearn, a humane science education program of the American Anti-Vivisection Society (AAVS) located in Jenkintown, PA. She has worked for AAVS for over 20 years, helping to enlighten educators, students, and other concerned individuals about the harmful use of animals in education. Animalearn promotes solutions to harmful animal use in the classroom through its free alternative to dissection loan program called The Science Bank. Nicole has traveled far and wide to numerous science and technology education–focused venues to make educators and others aware of the many innovative, humane alternatives that exist today to replace animal specimens in classrooms. Nicole currently serves as an Advisory Board Member for Curio XR - a new VR company developing resources for science education. She has also served as an advisor for the Association of Professional Humane Educators (APHE).
Nicole holds an MA in Education & Innovation.
