Weather/Seasons Lesson Resources
I love all of the different forms of activities presented. In science, I think it is important to use "field guides" or science journals to take notes and write down observations they make. Within this article, there are many different activities where a student will have to go outside and write down observations they are making. I also appreciate that with each activity suggestion, there is a resource connected. My favorite example would have to be the ExploreA-Pond. With this particular lesson, you could teach life cycle with the animals present (frogs), you could teach seasons according to the physical look of the pond, the area around it, and the plants specifically surrounding the pond. With this you could also teach the water cycle. You could have pictures from when it is raining, snowing, when there is fog, etc. Very good resource all around!
